StGPM provides a CONDOMINIUM SUPPORT TEAM approach, we can quickly address the needs, and meet the expectations, of our clients. This ensures that any conflicts with management, staff, services, trades, directors, owners and/or tenants are addressed as expeditiously as possible.
Your CONDOMINIUM SUPPORT TEAM will be comprised of Managing Associate, Property Manager, Condominium Manager, Account Manager and Management Coordinator, to oversee the management of your community.
